I still consider these the gold standard of modded XCOM 2 classes. That's where Long War 2 Classes and Perks comes in. This is great on its own, but it really shines with custom classes that offer three different perk lines for each soldier rank for maximum choice and variety of options.
Point-Based Not Created Equal is an extremely underrated way to create unique soldiers and incentivize you to experiment a little more with different builds.
